Lloyd Alan John Thompson - Qualified as a Solicitor in 1971, Lloyd joined the Firm in 1974 and has been a Partner since 1977. Lloyd specialises in Commercial work, Wills Probate and Trusts. Lloyd is married with 2 children, and is a keen follower of Essex County Cricket Club.
Michael Sheville - Qualified as a Solicitor in
1995. Michael joined the Firm in 1998 and was made
Partner in October 2000. Michael specialises in all
aspects of Family Law work including Children Act cases,
Divorce and Ancillary Relief, un-married family
disputes, Wardship Proceedings and Domestic Violence.
Other areas of work include Personal Injury, Debt
Recovery, Housing & General Civil Litigation.
Michael is married and a member of the Law Society's
Family Law Panel and Solicitors Family Law Association.
Claire Louise Spurgeon -
Qualified as a Solicitor in July 2000. Claire joined the
firm in January 2001 and was made a partner in July
2004. Claire undertakes all aspects of Family Law work
including Children Act cases, Divorce and Ancillary
Relief, un-married family disputes, cases with an
international element, Wardship Proceedings and Domestic
Violence. Claire also undertakes Residential Landlord
& teanant cases and Lasting Power of Attourneys.
Claire enjoys the gym, the cinema & is an avid
skier.
Melissa Thompson – Admitted
as a solicitor in 1998, Melissa specialises in all
aspects of property law, undertaking residential and
commercial conveyancing including property
finance/secured lending work, commercial landlord and
tenant work including the sale and acquisition of
businesses. Melissa acts for private individuals,
landlords and tenants, property investment companies,
property developers, charities, retail companies,
property management companies, banks and building
societies. Melissa has two children and she enjoys
classical music, paintings, swimming and walking in the countryside.
Len Warren - Qualified as a Solicitor in 1967 and joined Prestons & Kerlys the same year. Len became a Partner in 1972 and specialises in Commercial & Residential Conveyancing and other Property Matters. Len is married with 2 children and 1 grandchild.
After 39 years of service to the Firm Len retired on 6th
