Lloyd Alan John Thompson - Qualified as a Solicitor in 1971, Lloyd joined the Firm in 1974 and has been a Partner since 1977. Lloyd specialises in Commercial work, Wills Probate and Trusts. Lloyd is married with 2 children, and is a keen follower of Essex County Cricket Club.
Michael Sheville - Qualified as a Solicitor in
1995. Michael joined the Firm in 1998 and was made
Partner in October 2000. Michael specialises in all
aspects of Family Law work including Children Act cases,
Divorce and Ancillary Relief, un-married family
disputes, Wardship Proceedings and Domestic Violence.
Other areas of work include Personal Injury, Debt
Recovery, Housing & General Civil Litigation.
Michael is married and a member of the Law Society's
Family Law Panel and Solicitors Family Law Association.
Claire Louise Spurgeon -
Qualified as a Solicitor in July 2000. Claire joined the
firm in January 2001 and was made a partner in July
2004. Claire undertakes all aspects of Family Law work
including Children Act cases, Divorce and Ancillary
Relief, un-married family disputes, cases with an
international element, Wardship Proceedings and Domestic
Violence. Claire also undertakes Residential Landlord
& teanant cases and Lasting Power of Attourneys.
Claire enjoys the gym, the cinema & is an avid
skier.
Andrew Lutterloch - The
Partners are pleased to welcome Andrew to the
Conveyancing Department from 1st November 2007. Andrew
was admitted as a solicitor on 1st May 2003 and
specialises in Residential & Commerical Conveyancing.
Having relocated from Bedfordshire Andrew enjoys
spending spare time getting to know the Essex area and
is also a member of Old Loughtonians Hockey club based
in Chigwell.
David Williams - David
qualified as an Associate of the Institute of Legal
Executives in 1970 and became a Fellow of the Institute
in 1974. David joined the firm in July 2000 and
undertakes Residential & Commercial Conveyancing,
Wills and Probate. David has 2 adult children. His
hobbies include local history & antiques.
Len Warren - Qualified as a Solicitor in 1967 and joined Prestons & Kerlys the same year. Len became a Partner in 1972 and specialises in Commercial & Residential Conveyancing and other Property Matters. Len is married with 2 children and 1 grandchild.
After 39 years of service to the Firm Len retired on 6th
